Hello and Welcome!

I am a white woman who has grown up and lived across the Pacific Northwest and Rockies. My mother and father did not graduate high school; I am the first person in my family to graduate high school, obtain a bachelors degree, and work for a masters degree. I completed my bachelors degree while I was navigating being a single mother. I understand the value of an education and I strive to support marginalized youth in achieving stability, security, and a feeling of self-worth in their lives. As an experienced non-profit and higher educational administrative professional, I strive to also support leadership, staff, and community members to understand how we can collectively reach our mission. My unique qualities that I bring to the table are being willing to innovate in the face of change, to tackle complex projects, and to transparently communicate in order to achieve greater trust and better outcomes.
